Director of Maintenance Addison, TX Primary duties and responsibilities:
  • Manages aircraft maintenance activities including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, overhaul modifications, maintenance and repair of aircraft structure, engines and accessories; current aircraft status and forecast down times, determine spare parts, materials, supplies, tooling and test equipment requirements to conduct maintenance program.
  • Trains and assists department personnel in the procedures, methods, and practices to be followed in each respective duty, ensuring all equipment, tools, and facilities are in serviceable and working condition.
  • Determines workforce needs based on present and projected workloads.
  • Ensures all maintenance technicians are adequately qualified prior to assigning them to any maintenance function.
  • Makes available to all departments the necessary overhaul manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and other required technical data.
  • Ensures all necessary work records are properly executed by the responsible mechanic.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred 5+ years of maintenance and staff supervisory experience on large jet aircraft.
  • Must be a Certified A&P mechanic.
  • Must have 1 or more years of experience returning airplanes to service
  • Must have 2-3 years:
        - Maintaining large airplanes with 10 or more
           passenger seats, or
        - Repairing airplanes in a certified airframe
          repair station that is rated to maintain airplanes
          in the same category and class of airplane.
  • Applicants with previous DOM experience with FAA regulations, preferably FAA 121/145 or 135 will be considered first.
  • Must meet FAR 119 requirements management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Falcon Pilot (DA-20) Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for Dallas-based captains and co-pilots in an unscheduled on-demand Part 135 cargo operation flying Falcon 20s (DA-20) in North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada).  Must be eligible to work in the USA, possess a passport, FCC radio license, and successfully complete a TSA background check, national driver’s record check; and PRIA records check. 1,500 hours total time with 500 multi-engine preferred. Company paid PIC ATP type rating possible, ATP written and training contract required.  Benefits include: Mileage paid starting from the first mile flown; Flow thru to Ameristar’s Part 121 DC-9s; $2.00/hour per diem; matching 401K; health, dental, & life insurance; CASS jump seat privileges.

DC9 Pilot Home Based

FAR 121 air carrier accepting resumes for 4-6 home-based captain-eligible pilots in an unscheduled, on-demand freight transportation environment.  Basic minimum qualifications:  ATP certificate with an unrestricted turbojet type rating (DC9/MD80 preferred), 3000 hours total flight time, min 500 hours turbojet, FAR121 experience preferred, FCC radio license, 1st Class Medical Certificate, computer literate desired.  Candidates must not have reached their 65th birthday.  Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.  Training agreement, successful completion of TSA security and PRIA background checks and current passport required.  Average yearly salary $80K- $120K.
