CASS Program Manager Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for a CASS Program Manager to monitor our continuous analysis and surveillance system (CASS) and ensure that all functions of auditing, monitoring, analyzing and reporting comply with all applicable FARs, the CASS Manual and the General Maintenance Manual (GMM). 

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operates the companyís CASS (Continuing Analysis Surveillance System) in accordance with FAA standards and requirements; Generates changes to the maintenance/inspection program through consultation with DQC; Performs internal company audits and external vendor audits as required by the CASS manual; Distributes CASS Action Notices to company departments and vendors as necessary; performs follow-up reviews of CASS Action Notice Corrective actions; Prepares and distributes CASS report; coordinates scheduling and chairs the CASS meeting;
Communicates with department managers and maintenance personnel to assure work procedures are in compliance with company policy, FARs and general safety; Responsible for performance analysis function of the CASS program; and Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Control.

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills should include: Current airframe and power plant certificate desired; 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry inspection and/or maintenance on transport category aircraft and/or related field; Strong knowledge and understanding of FAA regulations; Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately; Possess and demonstrate good organization and leadership skills with the ability to regularly meet deadlines, communicate effectively, present information cogently; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

Director, Quality Control Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for and experienced Director, Quality Control who will have overall authority and responsibility for monitoring activities of the maintenance organization to assure compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable FAA regulations and achievement of prescribed levels of quality in the performance of the maintenance operation.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing audit process and monitoring of related follow-up action;  Coordinates maintenance of aircraft certification documents and files; Develops and manages maintenance training programs; Responsible for the preparation, revision, and distribution control of General Maintenance Manual and all other maintenance manuals and public; Serves as liaison with FAA and various governmental agencies; Maintains control of Technical Library; Reviews proposed maintenance data packages for accuracy before seeking bids; Reviews and audits aircraft records to ensure required company procedures and FAR requirement compliance; Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills should include:
5+ years maintenance and 3+ year supervisory experience on large jet aircraft; 5+ years as certificated A&P mechanic; familiarity with FAA 121/145 regulations; experience with CASS; ability to conduct root cause analysis and report finding in a clear and concise manner, knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and technical standards; ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form to all levels of the organization; Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point experience.

Director of Maintenance Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for and experienced Director of Maintenance who has overall authority and responsibility for the management of the maintenance department, adherence and compliance to FARs.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages aircraft maintenance activities including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, overhaul modifications, maintenance and repair of aircraft structure, engines and accessories; current aircraft status and forecast down times, determine spare parts, materials, supplies, tooling and test equipment requirements to conduct maintenance program;  trains and assists department personnel in the procedures, methods, and practices to be followed in each respective duty, ensuring all equipment, tools, and facilities are in serviceable and working condition; Determines workforce needs based on present and projected workloads; ensuring all maintenance technicians are adequately qualified prior to assigning them to any maintenance function; Makes available to all departments the necessary overhaul manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and other required technical data;             Ensures all necessary work records are properly executed by the responsible mechanic; and other duties as assigned.

Falcon Pilot (DA-20) Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for Dallas-based captains and co-pilots in an unscheduled on-demand Part 135 cargo operation flying Falcon 20s (DA-20) in North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada).  Must be eligible to work in the USA, possess a passport, FCC radio license, and successfully complete a TSA background check, national driverís record check; and PRIA records check. 1,500 hours total time with 500 multi-engine preferred. Company paid PIC ATP type rating possible, ATP written and training contract required.  Benefits include: Mileage paid starting from the first mile flown; Flow thru to Ameristarís Part 121 DC-9s; $2.00/hour per diem; matching 401K; health, dental, & life insurance; CASS jump seat privileges.

DC9 Pilot Addison, TX

FAR 121 air carrier accepting resumes for 4-6 Dallas-based captain-eligible pilots in an unscheduled, on-demand freight transportation environment.  Basic minimum qualifications:  ATP certificate with an unrestricted turbojet type rating (DC9/MD80 preferred), 3000 hours total flight time, min 500 hours turbojet, FAR121 experience preferred, FCC radio license, 1st Class Medical Certificate, computer literate desired.  Candidates must not have reached their 65th birthday.  Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.  Training agreement, successful completion of TSA security and PRIA background checks and current passport required.  Average yearly salary $80K- $120K.
