Falcon Pilot (DA-20) Addison, TX

Accepting resumes for Dallas-based captains and co-pilots in an unscheduled on-demand Part 135 cargo operation flying Falcon 20s (DA-20) in North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada).  Must be eligible to work in the USA, possess a passport, FCC radio license, and successfully complete a TSA background check, national driverís record check; and PRIA records check. 1,500 hours total time with 500 multi-engine preferred. Company paid PIC ATP type rating possible, ATP written and training contract required.  Benefits include: Mileage paid starting from the first mile flown; Flow thru to Ameristarís Part 121 DC-9s; $2.00/hour per diem; matching 401K; health, dental, & life insurance; CASS jump seat privileges.

DC9 Pilot Addison, TX

FAR 121 air carrier accepting resumes for 4-6 Dallas-based captain-eligible pilots in an unscheduled, on-demand freight transportation environment.  Basic minimum qualifications:  ATP certificate with an unrestricted turbojet type rating (DC9/MD80 preferred), 3000 hours total flight time, min 500 hours turbojet, FAR121 experience preferred, FCC radio license, 1st Class Medical Certificate, computer literate desired.  Candidates must not have reached their 65th birthday.  Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.  Training agreement, successful completion of TSA security and PRIA background checks and current passport required.  Average yearly salary $80K- $120K. Director of Maintenance Addison, TX Primary duties and responsibilities
  • Manages aircraft maintenance activities including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, overhaul modifications, maintenance and repair of aircraft structure, engines and accessories; current aircraft status and forecast down times, determine spare parts, materials, supplies, tooling and test equipment requirements to conduct maintenance program.
  • Trains and assists department personnel in the procedures, methods, and practices to be followed in each respective duty, ensuring all equipment, tools, and facilities are in serviceable and working condition.
  • Determines workforce needs based on present and projected workloads.
  • Ensures all maintenance technicians are adequately qualified prior to assigning them to any maintenance function.
  • Makes available to all departments the necessary overhaul manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and other required technical data.
  • Ensures all necessary work records are properly executed by the responsible mechanic.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience on large jet aircraft.
  • 5+ years supervising/managing a staff.
  • Certified A&P mechanic.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience with FAA 121/145 regulations.
  • Must meet FAR 119 requirements for 121 management experience.

Director of Quality Control Addison, TX Primary duties and responsibilities
  • Managing audit process and monitoring of related follow-up action;
  • Coordinates maintenance of aircraft certification documents and files;
  • Develops and manages maintenance training programs;
  • Responsible for the preparation, revision, and distribution control of General Maintenance Manual and all other maintenance and public;
  • Serves as liaison with FAA and various governmental agencies;
  • Maintains control of Technical Library;
  • Reviews proposed maintenance data packages for accuracy before seeking bids;
  • Reviews and audits aircraft records to ensure required company procedures and FAR requirements compliance;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of maintenance and 3+ years of supervisory experience on large jet aircraft.
  • 5 + years as a Certified A&P mechanic.
  • 1 year of experience with FAA 121/145 regulations.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and report finding in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and technical standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form to all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Parts Purchaser Addison, TX Primary duties and responsibilities
  • Source and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, award contracts for purchase of aviation parts.
  • ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, and all order statuses are updated daily
  • Prepare purchase order/sales order packets for Purchasing Manager
  • Inspect and correctly identify incoming parts, ensuring correct certification accompanies parts being received.
  • Ensure proper identification and organization of inventories, keeping inventories at acceptable levels to support fleet.
  • Ensure materials are properly issued to specific aircraft for work in progress and to shop for component rebuilds.
  • Approve/Authorize payment of invoices for parts.
  • Maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner; recommending improvements to make areas safer.
  • Verifies all packing slips against purchase orders and forward to A/P.
  • Interfaces directly with A/P where price discrepancies exist between the purchase order and invoice.
  • Reports all major or consistent price discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Assists Warehouse Manager with solicitation of bids, review of pertinent data and negotiations.
  • Interfaces directly with department managers in relation to procurement to establish needs
  • Communicates with all departments in relation to requisitions and orders that are in progress.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Experience in an aviation purchasing is preferred.
  • 2+ years processing inventory
  • 2+ years with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, must maintain discretion when working with confidential information, and have the ability to recognize errors and make corrections.
